This Registration Form via The Florida School's web site is only a preliminary step in the registration process. You are not fully registered until a minimum $250 deposit has been paid to the FPP. Cancellation Policies:
Class size is limited and admissions are accepted on a first come, first serve basis. Included in the course tuition is a non-refundable registration fee of $175.00. A full refund less the non-refundable registration fee will be made to applicants who cancel at least 90 days prior to the start of the class. In the event of a cancellation less than 30 days from the school starting date, all fees will be forfeited EXCEPT in the case of emergency. Emergency refunds must be applied for in writing, and must be approved by the FPP Board of Directors. The FPP reserves the right to cancel courses, make faculty changes, or refuse admission to any student. In case of a cancellation, the student will have the option of registering for another course (subject to availability) or receiving a full refund. Any Checks returned as NSF by the bank will be subject to a $25 service fee.

Waiver of Liability:
The FPP Florida School shall have no responsibility for personal injury to any participant or loss or damage to any participant's property, or for personal injuries or damage to the property of any other person resulting from the participant's involvement in any workshop. The FPP Florida School shall have no responsibility for the act, errors or omissions of instructors, staff, or other providers of service to participants during the school. the FPP is not responsible for reimbursement of airline tickets due to cancellation of a course, or replacement of an instructor.
